Kincardine launches customer service survey

The Municipality of Kincardine is launching a customer service survey, Monday, (July 6), with submissions accepted until Sept. 11.

The survey is a way to gauge satisfaction with municipal service, and an effort to better understand the needs and expectations of ratepayers and visitors, said chief administrative officer Murray Clarke, in a press release issued Friday.

The survey may be completed on-line at www.surveymonkey.com/r/MOKsurvey.

Alternatively, a paper survey is available at the following locations:
  • Municipal Administration Centre, 1475 Concession 5, RR #5, Kincardine
  • Davidson Centre, 601 Durham St , Kincardine
  • Kincardine Fire Station, 127 Mahood-Johnston Drive, Kincardine
  • Underwood Satellite Office, 1240 Concession 6, Underwood
  • Visitor Information Centre, 777B Queen St., Kincardine

Surveys may be returned in person to any of the above locations, sent by E-mail to clerk@kincardine.net, or sent by mail to Customer Service Survey, Municipality of Kincardine, 1475 Concession 5, RR #5 Kincardine, Ontario, N2Z 2X6.

If there are any questions regarding completion of the survey, contact the clerk’s department at 519-396-3468.

Clarke said the municipality "is committed to achieving customer service excellence in the provision of goods, services and programs. Public participation by completing the survey would be appreciated and will assist in assessing the municipality’s customer service achievements and identify opportunities for refinements."
