Unmanned aerial surveillance helping with search for missing Kincardine woman

(KINCARDINE, ON) - Sept. 20, at 11:47 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a missing person from a residence along Baird Street in Kincardine. 

Officers are looking for 64-year-old Yvonne MARTIN of Kincardine.

  • 5'3" tall, weighing 106 pounds
  • Medium length, wavy, light brown hair and gray eyes
  • Last seen wearing a dark blue cardigan, blue jeans and pink/green running shoes
  • Driving a black Ford Fusion with Licence No. BRNZ 145
 
Martin left her home to run some errands around 9:40 p.m., Sept. 20. Her car was located on Harbour Street in Kincardine.
 
West Region OPP Emergency Response Team members, the OPP Canine Unit, the South Bruce OPP Marine Unit and OPP Aviation Services are assisting with the search.
 
The OPP Unmanned Aerial Surveillance Unit is also assisting the South Bruce OPP with the search.
 
Officers are trying to locate Martin to verify her well-being.
