OPP searching for wanted man with ties to Bruce County

(HURON COUNTY, ON) - Members of the Huron County OPP, Perth County OPP and West Region OPP Crime Unit are seeking help from the public in locating a wanted man. 

The Huron County OPP now holds an arrest warrant for 33-year-old Kyle MOORE (shown at right, and below), wanted for break, enter and theft at a commercial property located on Main Street in Zurich. 

Sept. 25, at approximately 3:30 a.m., the suspect forced entry into the business and attempted to steal an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV). When the business owner spotted the man on his property, the suspect immediately fled the scene in a white Ford dually pick-up truck.  

MOORE is also wanted by the Sarnia Police Service for Driving While Disqualified, Resisting a Police Officer, Possession of Stolen Property, Failing to Comply with Probation and Failing to Attend Court.

The suspect has known ties to Huron, Bruce, Perth, Lambton, and Wellington counties. 

His present whereabouts are unknown.
The suspect is described as: white, 6' tall, weighing around 185 pounds, with a medium build, and short dark hair. He also has tattoos on his hands and forearms.

If located, contact the police immediately and do not attempt to apprehend the suspect. If you have information about the suspect, call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or your local police authority. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) where you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
