CECILE MARIE PINEAULT (nee ARSENAULT)

Cecile Marie Pineault (nee Arsenault) of Kincardine, died peacefully, with family by her side, Aug. 22, 2025, at Huron Shores Hospice, Tiverton at the age of 87. Loving mother of Paul (Cathy) Pineault and the late Michelle Miller (2024). Cherished grandmother of Brent, Tyler, Nicole, Katelyn and Kristen; and great-grandmother of Jocelyn. Survived by her siblings, Corrine Gaudet, Rose (Peter) Arsenault, Abel (Gloria) Arsenault, Ernest (Judy) Arsenault. Predeceased by her parents, Fidele and Katherin Arsenault; brothers, Anthony and Bobby; and sisters, Louise “Mary” Hammond, Thelma Gallant, Alma Cormier and Rita Gallant. An active community member, Cecile could be recognized for her red scooter. She enjoyed puzzles, playing the guitar and the piano. A gift and love for music allowed her to entertain her friends and family. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. A memorial service to celebrate Cecile’s life will be held Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Kincardine, with Father Thomas Manninezhath officiating. Reception to follow. Interment, Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Port Elgin, at a later date.
