Phyllis Kathryn Cuyler, beloved wife of the late Morris A. (Newt) Cuyler, of Kincardine died at the Kincardine hospital, Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, in her 90th year. She was born in Chicago, Feb. 20, 1929, daughter of the late Mary Ellen (MacLeod) and Thomas Gillis. Loved mother of Tom Cuyler of Australia, and Jolene Cuyler of New York. Missed by her grandchildren, Jai and Mia of Australia; and great-grandchildren, Seren and Taryn. Also survived by her sister, Marg Riggin of Kincardine; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother, Robert Gillis; sister, Jean Allen; and brother-in-law, Keith Riggin. Visitation will be held at the MacKenzie and McCreath Funeral Home, Ripley, Saturday, Nov. 10, from 2-4 p.m. A private family service and interment in the Kincardine Cemetery will follow at a later date.
