No Drama Fitness is taking on 24 CrossFit workouts in 24 hours in support of the Special Olympics Canada Foundation.
The gym is located at 2-160 Mahood-Johnston Drive, Kincardine, and owner/coach Anthony Wilkinson and his clients will be participating in ‘CF|24,’ a unique event where participants push themselves to work out for 24 hours straight. Working in teams of three, athletes complete 24 separate work-outs, one every hour on the hour.
All proceeds are raised on behalf of the Special Olympics Canada Foundation. Since the event’s beginning in 2011, CF|24 has donated more than $300,000 to the foundation.
The event will be held Saturday, Oct. 24, at CrossFit gyms across Canada, including No Drama Fitness in Kincardine, with an expectation to raise more than $150,000 for the Special Olympics.
