No Drama Fitness working out in support of Special Olympics Canada

No Drama Fitness is taking on 24 CrossFit workouts in 24 hours in support of the Special Olympics Canada Foundation.

The gym is located at 2-160 Mahood-Johnston Drive,‎ Kincardine, and owner/coach Anthony Wilkinson and his clients will be participating in ‘CF|24,’ a unique event where participants push themselves to work out for 24 hours straight. Working in teams of three, athletes complete 24 separate work-outs, one every hour on the hour.

All proceeds are raised on behalf of the Special Olympics Canada Foundation. Since the event’s beginning in 2011, CF|24 has donated more than $300,000 to the foundation.

The event will be held Saturday, Oct. 24, at CrossFit gyms across Canada, including No Drama Fitness in Kincardine, with an expectation to raise more than $150,000 for the Special Olympics.
