South Bruce OPP report fatality; and stolen ATV
POLICE INVESTIGATING FATAL COLLISION

(BRUCE TWP, ON) - Nov. 1, at 5:18 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a two-vehicle collision along Highway 21 in Bruce Township.

Officers responded to the scene with members of Kincardine Fire and Emergency Services and Bruce County Emergency Medical Services (EMS), to find two vehicles involved.

One driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. The passenger was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. 

The other driver was airlifted to a London hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The South Bruce OPP is continuing to investigate the collision, along with members of the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement team and the Coroner's Office.

Highway 21 was closed at the scene for the protection of emergency responders. It has since been re-opened to traffic.

POLICE LOOKING FOR STOLEN ATV

(GREENOCK TWP, ON) - Nov. 1, at 3:43 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a theft at an address along Concession 2 in Greenock Township.

Sometime between 4 p.m. Oct. 22, and 2 p.m. Oct. 30, a green John Deere Trail Buck 650 All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV, similar to the one at right) was taken from an outbuilding on the property.

The ATV doesn't have a licence plate attached. The VIN is 2BVGAVC115V010236 and the estimated value is $2,500.
