Bervie W.I. donates to paramedics and food bank
Several members of the Bervie Women’s Institute gathered to make donations to the Bruce County Paramedics and the Kincardine Food Bank.

Bruce County Paramedics received the donation of 20 sets of a Book, Blanket and Bear (or other stuffed toy) to be given to children they come across in stressful situations.

The Bervie W.I. appreciates the hard work and caring of the paramedics throughout Bruce County.

The donation to the food bank was a cookbook that was featured ingredients that the clients of the food bank would be receiving. The cookbook provides ideas of how to combine items for a tasty meal and great leftovers. There has been a dramatic increase in the use of the food bank over the past year.
