A great start to Christmas celebrations happened Friday night with Hometown Christmas in downtown Kincardine! It's wonderful to get back downtown and supporting those businesses again. Thanks to all those who helped organize the event!
Also, Goderich hosted its Festival of Lights and Santa Claus Parade, Saturday evening, a cold night, too, but it was fun to be there!
There are plenty more Christmas celebrations happening this weekend so you can spend some more time checking them out. And we know it's not December, but it's sure nice to see people getting their Christmas lights up and brightening the nights.
Belated anniversary greetings to Brian and Christine Bridge, Elizabeth and Stosh Cubberley, and Stefani and Mike Simpson!
Also, Happy Birthday to Brian Bridge who celebrated with family last week.
Deanna Scott and Betty Helm visited recently with Jeff and Jorye Dudgeon and Karleigh at Carlsruhe.

The St. Andrew's Sisters and Grand-Sisters had fun and thank everyone who came to their concert Sunday to support the Kincardine Area Food Bank! Everyone got to sing along and enjoyed the treats and visiting after too!
The Finnie and Smith families were pleased to join Spencer and Christina for the baptism of their son, Robert Samuel Rankin Finnie, and celebrate with the Fanone family, Saturday, in Vaughn. They were even joined by Uncle Joseph who flew in from Vancouver for the occasion.
The Purple Grove Community Centre’s annual meeting will be held at the school Wednesday, Nov. 29, at 7 p.m. Everyone welcome.
