A massive crowd gathered in downtown Kincardine, Saturday evening, for the annual Santa Claus Parade, under the theme, “What Christmas Means To Me.”
Organized by the Kincardine and District Chamber of Commerce, the parade began at Connaught Park and wended its way along Broadway to Queen Street and then through downtown Kincardine to Victoria Park.
It featured more than 60 floats, including numerous businesses and organizations. There were also Kincardine fire trucks, transport trucks, a school bus, and several other vehicles.
Santa Claus brought up the end of the parade, and then took a few moments to visit with the children.
Hot chocolate and cookies were available inside the Kincardine Arts Centre where a silent art auction was being held.
