Jenn Robinson is new Bruce County human resources director

Jenn Robinson (above) is the new Bruce County director of human resources, effective Dec. 18.

As a member of the county’s senior leadership team, Robinson will administer collective agreement negotiations, policy and procedure development and implementation, employee relations, and will help the county ensure a positive, inclusive, and accountable work culture.

Robinson is a dynamic and experienced human resources leader with a demonstrated history of managing in complex unionized environments in the public sector. She has 16 years of management, labour relations, organizational development, talent acquisition, and health and safety experience.

Manager of employee health and labour relations with Bruce County since 2022, she spent the previous 15 years with the Municipality of North Perth. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and business and a diploma in human resources management.
