Kincardine Kinucks rocking “B” division at Kincardine Regional Silver Stick

The Kincardine U13B and U15B Kinucks, as well as the Kincardine “D” U13C team, are rocking the Kincardine Regional Silver Stick which began Wednesday and ends Saturday afternoon with the championship finals at the Davidson Centre.
The U13 team demolished the Saugeen Valley Steelheads, 8-1, Wednesday, followed by a 3-0 win over the Mid-Huron Huskies. The Kinucks then downed Listowel, 4-2, Friday, to advance to the semi-finals where they lost a close one, 2-1, to the Saugeen Shores Storm, ending their run for the championship.
The U15 team shut out the Saugeen Valley Steelheads 3-0, Wednesday, followed by a 3-1 win over the Saugeen Shores Storm. The Kinucks then downed the Mid-Huron Huskies, 7-3, Friday, followed by a 2-1 loss against Listowel.
The Kinucks have advanced to the semi-finals against the Mid-Huron Huskies, Saturday at 12:30 p.m., at the Davidson Centre, to make a final push for the championship.
Meanwhile, the Kincardine U13C “D” team lost to the Huron-Bruce Blizzard, 5-2, Thursday, followed by a 3-0 win over Georgian Shores.
Friday, the Kinucks edged Tavistock, 3-2, to advance to the quarter-finals where they defeated Wingham, 3-0. They now play in the semi-finals against Arran-Elderslie, Saturday at 10 a.m., at the Tiverton Sports Centre.
