Impaired driver facing day in court

(KINCARDINE, ON) – Nov. 7, at 3:23 a.m., the South Bruce OPP received a call to report a suspected impaired driver operating a black pick-up truck in the Town of Kincardine. 

Officers located a black GMC Sierra pick-up truck on Walsh Street in Kincardine and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Thirty-one-year-old Brandon OWENS of Kincardine has been charged with impaired driving and operate over 80-milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 6, 2016, to answer to the charges.
