Tiverton Splash Pad gets $5,000 boost from King’s Pearl

The Tiverton Lions Club received a $5,000 boost for the splash pad project, slated for the village.

Nancy Alexander of The King’s Pearl in Tiverton presented the donation to Jim McTeer of the Lions Club which is spearheading the project.

The splash pad is to be built beside the playground, west of the Tiverton Sports Centre.

The budget for the project is $275,000, with a good portion of that already raised. The Tiverton Lions hope to have the splash pad built and operating by this year.
