​Kincardine completes sale of Bruce Telecom to Windsor Private Capital

Effective Thursday (March 28), the Municipality of Kincardine has completed its agreement with Windsor Private Capital for the acquisition of Bruce Telecom Inc. by way of a friendly acquisition bid.

The purchase price was valued at $32.65-million (Canadian), less disbursements and closing costs.

“All parties have completed the necessary due diligence process since entering into the agreement to purchase in October, 2023, and have affirmed the transaction will proceed as intended,” said Ray Lahoud, chief executive officer of Bruce Telecom, in a press release issued Monday.

Windsor Private Capital brings capital and strategic connections that will strengthen our company’s position in the market, benefitting our employees and customers.”
