​Driver charged with flight from police

(CHESLEY, ON) - April 9, at 10 p.m., a member of the South Bruce OPP on patrol along 1st Avenue South in Chesley, stopped to check a motorcycle, which then fled from police.

Police were later able to locate the subject vehicle and identify the driver.

As a result of the investigation, Dylan DUNDAS, 33, of Huron-Kinloss, has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
 

• Operation while Prohibited
• Flight from peace officer

The motorcycle was impounded for 45 days. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton, May 15.
