Emergency power outage shows a failure in communication, says reader

RE: “Customers needed better notice of emergency power outage, says reader”
I agree with Caryl Scheel. Thanks to all who got the power re-established, but she points out the failure in communication.
I sent a letter of concern to Westario Power on failed communication. I also contacted Kincardine council, including council’s representative on the Westario Power board of directors. I understand that he will bring up the issue of the need to improve communications at the next Westario Power board meeting.
