​Lynda Bicknell of London, formerly of Tiverton, dies at the age of 73

Lynda Jeanette (née Hill) Bicknell of London, formerly Tiverton, died at the London Health Sciences Centre – Victoria Hospital, Monday, April 22, 2024, at the age of 73.

Beloved wife of the late Pete Bicknell (2014).

Lovingly remembered by her daughter, Mary Stanford; and daughter-in-law, Nora Bicknell.

Sadly missed by her grandchildren, Derick (Chenoa), Victoria (Austin), Zachary (Lynn), David, Victor, Kenneth, Kelly and Melissa (Amelia); and great-grandchildren, Griffin, William, Aries, Zac, Elise, Elsa, Denham, Leonard and Adalia.

Dear sister of Jackie (Glen) Curtis.

Predeceased by her son, Peter Bicknell; her parents, Thomas and Marion (née Freeman) Hill; sisters, Connie Clark and Carolyn Withenshaw; father- and mother-in-law, Don and Johanna Bicknell; niece, Jodie Curtis; and nephew, Tom Clark.

Lynda loved her family and her community, and served as a Guide leader for many years.

Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, Wednesday, May 1, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by the funeral at 1:30 p.m., with Pastor Kenneth Craig officiating.

Interment, Kincardine Cemetery.
