Impaired driver arrested at RIDE checkpoint in Mildmay

(MILDMAY, ON) - May 1, at 12:03 a.m., members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting a RIDE check in Mildmay, when police stopped a vehicle to check the sobriety of the driver who was displaying signs of impairment.

The driver was, subsequently, placed under arrest and taken to a Qualified Breath Technician for breath tests.

Jason RAWN, 38, of South Bruce was charged with Operation while impaired - blood-alcohol concentration (80-plus).
