Great community support for Kincardine Hospital Auxiliary Geranium Sale

Once again this year, the South Bruce Grey Health Centre – Kincardine Hospital Auxiliary partnered with Kincardine Canadian Tire store owner John Satosek to hold the auxiliary’s Geranium Sale at the store’s Garden Centre.

The sale ran from May 3-6 and the auxiliary receives $1 from the sale of each geranium in a four-inch pot during those days. The geraniums were a variety of colours and on sale for $2.87 plus tax; perfect for planting in pots or gardens to brighten things up after the long spring.

Many auxiliary members braved the differing elements to greet customers and help with purchases, especially those who were “watered so they would grow like the flowers!”

The auxiliary is grateful to Satosek and the community for the great support of this fund-raiser. All the money raised goes toward purchasing new equipment for the Kincardine Hospital.
