South Bruce OPP continue to investigate disappearance of Lois Hanna
(KINCARDINE, ON) - July 4, it will be 36 years since
Lois HANNA (right) was reported missing from the Town of Kincardine.
HANNA was last seen July 3, 1988, at the Lucknow Homecoming Dance. She was reported missing after she failed to report for work July 4, 1988.
At the time of her disappearance, she was described as:
- 5'4" (163 cm) tall
- 120 lbs (54 kg)
- Short brown, curly hair
- Brown eyes
- 25 years old
The Government of Ontario is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to her location.
The South Bruce OPP Crime Unit is continuing the investigation, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch.
"Thirty-six years after Hanna disappeared, her family is still looking for her,” says detective-inspector Shawn Glassford, OPP Criminal Investigation Branch. “Someone knows what happened to her. The police continue to investigate and are asking that anyone with information to please come forward. Let's help her family find the truth."
