Music in the Park begins tonight, with Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band as special guest

The Music in the Park Summer Concert Series begins tonight, at 7:30 p.m., in Dunsmoor Park, Kincardine.

Sponsored by the Kincardine Community Concert Band, the event runs every Wednesday evening, over the next eight weeks, featuring some very talented musicians who will be performing as the sun goes down!

Tonight, the community concert band will take centre stage, with special guest, the Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band.

Enjoy the fresh air at a beautiful lakeside location, found at the foot of Durham and Lambton Streets, on Saugeen Street.

These concerts have occurred every summer for many years.

Bring a lawn chair, sunglasses, even a jacket and blanket, if needed, and enjoy the amazing sounds of various local ensembles and solo performers.

Donations are greatly appreciated and help support the historic community concert band and its associated musical events. Hope to see you there: singing, clapping and tapping your toes!
