​Reader urges as much coverage for Multicultural Festival as Scottish events

To the Editor:

I have enjoyed the Scottish festivities in Kincardine, including the Saturday Night Parade since 2001, but wonder if similar coverage by the media, people and the Municipality of Kincardine could be given to the Kincardine Multicultural Festival that was founded in 2003 and provides the cultural exposure to all without any prejudice, free of cost to people.

Thanks to all the volunteers and Bruce Power for supporting the event consistently for two decades and to the municipality that recently started sponsoring it.
