Goderich resident charged with aggravated assault
(GODERICH, ON) - The Huron County OPP is investigating a serious assault that took place in the Town of Goderich, Saturday, Aug. 31.
In September, 2024, Huron County OPP officers received information that an assault had taken place in Goderich in late August.
Police investigated the incident and arrested an individual, Oct. 12.
Lief EDWARDS, 38, of Goderich has been charged with:
- Aggravated Assault
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing where he was remanded into custody awaiting a further court appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
