Patrick Beasley of Dungannon dies at the age of 66
Patrick James Beasley of Dungannon died unexpectedly, in Woolwich Township, Dec. 22, 2024, at the age of 66.
Born Jan. 26, 1958, in Worcestershire, England, he was the son of Patricia Grazier and Peter Grazier.
Patrick arrived in Canada, May 5, 1975. Those who were lucky enough to know him, knew that his world was divided three ways: his family, his job, and motocross. Many of his weekends were spent competing at various tracks, where friendships were formed.
He was a devoted employee of Wilson’s Truck Lines where he provided more than 40 years of exemplary service, and left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.
Survived by his wife, Cheryl Beasley; his three children, Kelsie Beasley, A.J. Beasley (Anne), and Justine Stuckey (Kyle); and his three grandchildren, Liam, Madison, and Hudson; as well as his parents, Patricia Grazier and Peter Grazier; and his three younger siblings, Vikki Beasley, Jackie Murray, and Andy Grazier.
Predeceased by his best friend, Allan Murray.
A Gathering of Remembrance will be held Feb. 1, 2025, at the Lucknow Legion, from 1-3 p.m., with a Celebration of Life to be held at Walton Raceway, April 26, 2025, at 11 a.m.; arrangements entrusted to the Mackenzie and McCreath Funeral Home, Lucknow;
