​Walker House Museum presents “Tangled Branches,” March 28

The Walker House Museum in Kincardine is hosting a speaker presentation, “Tangled Branches,” by Dr. Jacqueline Faubert of Kincardine, Friday, March 28.

Faubert, who has a PhD in criminology, specializes in dangerousness, risk assessment, psychopathy, and minorities in the criminal justice system. She is also an expert in history and genealogy, and has traced her paternal ancestors all the way back to France in the 1100s!

In this presentation, Faubert will share her family’s personal histories, stories, and experiences. She’ll take us on a journey through her lineage, uncovering the truths that have shaped her family's journey to the present day.

Learn how to explore your own genealogy and navigate the overlapping narratives that form our complex, tangled personal histories.

There are two sessions, Friday, March 28, the first from 1-3:30 p.m., and the second from 7-9:30 p.m. Admission is by donation.
