South Bruce OPP report three impaired drivers charged

IMPAIRED DRIVER NABBED AT TRAFFIC STOP

(BROCKTON, ON) - May 17, at approximately 11:25 p.m., a member of the South Bruce OPP stopped to check a vehicle along McNab Street in Walkerton.

While speaking with the driver, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported for further testing.

Francis MILLER, 69, of Brockton, was charged with Operation while impaired - B.A.C. 80-plus, CC 320.14(1)(b).

The accused is set to appear June 25, at the Walkerton Court of Justice to answer to the charge.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE

(BROCKTON, ON) - May 16, at 9:13 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a vehicle parked along Bruce County Road 19, Municipality of Brockton.

Officers attended and spoke with the lone occupant. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment, and the individual was arrested and transported for further testing.

Gregory BAST, 65, of Minto, was charged with Operation while impaired - B.A.C. 80-plus, CC 320.14(1)(b).

The accused is set to appear June 25, at the Walkerton Court of Justice to answer to the charge.

IMPAIRED DRIVER CHARGED AFTER TRAFFIC COMPLAINT

(BROCKTON, ON) - May 16, at 10:54 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received a traffic complaint about a vehicle travelling on Bruce County Road 19, Municipality of Brockton.

Officers attended the area and located the subject vehicle. When speaking with the driver, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The individual was arrested and transported for further testing.

Christopher FERGUSON, 29, of Brockton, was charged with:
 

• Operation while impaired - B.A.C. 80-plus, CC 320.14(1)(b)
• Dangerous operation, CC 320.13(1)

The accused is set to appear June 25, at the Walkerton Court of Justice to answer to the charges.
