John Anderson, formerly of Dungannon, dies at the age of 67

John Thomas Anderson of Goderich, formerly of Dungannon, died suddenly at his residence, Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025, at the age of 67.

Born Jan. 1, 1958, in Goderich, he was the son of the late Cynthia and “Buster” John Anderson.

Survived by his only child, Kelly Anderson of Clinton; sisters, Gail (Francis) Huber of Exeter and Cheryl Anderson of Goderich; and several nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his brothers, Glen and Barry Anderson; and sister, Carol Anderson.

Following John’s wishes, cremation has taken place, with interment in Dungannon Cemetery. Private family arrangements entrusted to the MacKenzie and McCreath Funeral Home, Lucknow.
