End-of-life planning workshop slated for Oct. 9, in Kincardine
Are your ducks in a row?
Huron Shores Hospice is hosting this popular and informative end-of-life planning workshop, Thursday, Oct. 9, from 7-9 p.m., at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine, made possible with generous support from Ontario Power Generation.
This type of workshop provides a safe and supportive space to explore and prepare for end-of-life planning, guided by compassionate end-of-life Doulas.
Participants gain practical tools and knowledge to clearly communicate their wishes, make informed decisions about future care, and create meaningful legacy projects. They also receive guidance on advance care planning, a workbook to continue planning at home, and resources to support you through the process.
All of this is framed in a way that approaches end-of-life discussions as an act of love, care, and empowerment.
Take this opportunity to plan thoughtfully, gain peace of mind, and ensure your wishes are honoured — because preparing today allows you to live tomorrow more fully.
