Huron-Kinloss, Bruce County hosting job and career fair in Lucknow
The Township of Huron-Kinloss, in partnership with the County of Bruce, is hosting a Job and Career Fair, Thursday, March 12, from 4-8 p.m., at the Lucknow Community Centre, 694 Willoughby Street in Lucknow.
This event supports ongoing efforts to strengthen the local economy by creating meaningful connections between skilled workers and regional employers.
The fair offers a free and welcoming space for job-seekers at all stages of their career. Whether you’re a student searching for your first role, an experienced professional seeking opportunities closer to home, or someone exploring new training opportunities, this event is designed to help you take the next step with confidence.
“Our goal is to remove the barriers between talented residents and the businesses that need them,” says Amy Irwin, township economic development officer. “A single conversation can open the door to a meaningful new career, and we’re thrilled to help make those connections happen right here in our community.”
A wide range of local industries will be represented, including agriculture, education, health care, hospitality, manufacturing, public service, and trades. No pre-registration is required for job-seekers, and individuals of all skill levels are encouraged to attend.
