Kincardine resident charged with stunt-driving
(MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE, ON) - Monday, March 23, at 10:14 p.m., the South Bruce OPP was conducting proactive patrols along Highway 21 in the Municipality of Kincardine, when a vehicle was observed travelling at 133 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone.
The vehicle was stopped, and the driver, a 23-year-old of Kincardine, was charged with the following offences under the Highway Traffic Act:
- Drive motor vehicle - perform stunt
- Speeding 133 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone
A 30-day driver's licence suspension was issued, along with a 14-day vehicle impoundment, and the driver faces a future court date.
