SUSPECT ARRESTED AFTER INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE INVESTIGATION
(BROCKTON, ON) - Wednesday, May 20, the South Bruce OPP received information about a person who had been attending a property in the Municipality of Brockton. The suspect fled from police but was later located and taken into custody, without incident, after assistance was provided by members of the OPP Emergency Response Team, West Region OPP Canine Unit, and OPP Aviation Services.
A 20-year-old of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh Township has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
Failure to comply with release order - four counts
Mischief under $5,000 - four counts
Break, Enter dwelling house
Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
The accused was held for a bail hearing, and was subsequently remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Walkerton.
SEARCH WARRANT RESULTS IN TWO ARRESTS
(MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE, ON)- May 8, at 6 a.m., the South Bruce OPP executed a search warrant in the Municipality of Kincardine, resulting in the seizure of suspected drugs and two arrests.
An investigation, initiated by members of the South Bruce OPP Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU), led investigators to an address in the Municipality of Kincardine. Officers from South Bruce OPP, South Bruce Major Crime Unit, Grey-Bruce OPP CSCU, West Region OPP Emergency Response Team and West Region OPP Canine Unit, assisted with the investigation.
Bradley ADAIR, 29 of Kincardine, has been charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, with:
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of trafficking - methamphetamine
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of trafficking - cocaine
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of trafficking - GHB
Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the purpose of trafficking - MDMA
Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the purpose of trafficking - Psilocybin
Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the purpose of trafficking - LSD
The accused was arrested and later released from custody with a court date scheduled for June 10, at the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton.
Sarah DAVEY, 41, of Kincardine has been charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, with:
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of trafficking - methamphetamine
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of trafficking - cocaine
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of trafficking - GHB
Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the purpose of trafficking - MDMA
Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the purpose of trafficking - Psilocybin
Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the purpose of trafficking - LSD
A quantity of suspected illicit substances was seized during the execution of the search warrant.
The accused was arrested and later released with a court date of June 10, at the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton.
