Kincardine's Walker House offering free tours during Marine Heritage Day

The Walker House Museum in downtown Kincardine, welcomes visitors to enjoy free tours during Marine Heritage Day, Saturday, Aug. 22, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Everyone is welcome to check out the museum exhibits, free of charge, on this special occasion.

The 11th annual Marine Heritage Day runs 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., on the north pier at Kincardine Harbour.

Enjoy some nautical fun, with tours of the "Playfair" tall ship, the Bluewater Rescue Unit's "Mysis," and the OPP rescue boat; as well as free Kincardine Lighthouse tours, shipwreck exhibits, and more.

This is a free, fun-filled, educational event for the whole family, celebrating Kincardine's marine heritage.
