Sunny, warm weather draws huge crowd to Hive 'n Hoe customer appreciation day

It was a beehive of activity at the Hive 'n Hoe Country Store on Kincardine Avenue, Kincardine, during the annual customer appreciation day, Saturday, July 25.

The Anderson family welcomed a huge crowd to the event as people checked out the fresh produce and flowers, as well as the many products in the store, including homemade jam and jelly, the famous Lazy J Ranch honey, and a vast assortment of local products and craft items.

Outside, there were local vendors, including Sundae Drift, Fizzie's Dirty Soda Bar, and Griffins Sweet Sensations, all of Kincardine, and Heart and Home Micro-Bakery of Point Clark.

There were free fruit tarts inside, and lots of free samples outside in the Lazy J Ranch trailer, including fudge, snacks and other treats.
