Keith and Linda Battler donate $50,000 to Kincardine Hospital redevelopment

The Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation was honoured to recognize a remarkable gift this week.

Keith and Linda Battler of Kincardine have generously contributed $50,000 toward the Kincardine Hospital and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) redevelopment project, helping to transform local health care for generations.

As part of this gift, the medical imaging booking office in the redeveloped hospital will be named in their honour.

The couple has deep roots in the community. She is a retired teacher, and dedicated her career to helping young people grow and thrive. Alongside her work in education, she has also supported his real estate and development efforts — a partnership that has helped shape the growth and evolution of Kincardine for many decades. Together, they have championed countless initiatives that strengthen the place they call home.

Their generosity reflects a shared belief in care close to home — and in ensuring that future generations have access to modern, reliable health care right here in Kincardine.

The foundation extends heartfelt thanks to the Battlers for their leadership, their kindness, and their commitment to building a healthier future for all.
