Big Brothers and Big Sisters of South Bruce North Huron is inviting families, friends, co-workers, and puzzle enthusiasts to put their skills to the test at "Puzzle Palooza," a fun and competitive fund-raising event taking place Thursday evening, Oct. 15, at the Walker House in downtown Kincardine.
Teams of up to four people will race against the clock to complete the same 500-piece puzzle. Doors open at 6 p.m., with the competition beginning at 6:30 p.m. Teams will have two hours to complete their puzzle, with the first team to correctly finish being crowned the "Puzzle Palooza" champion.
Registration is $25 per person, and participants can form teams of up to four people. Every team will receive an identical 500-piece puzzle, ensuring that strategy, teamwork, and a little bit of puzzle-solving speed will determine the winner.
Proceeds from the event will support Big Brothers and Big Sisters of South Bruce North Huron and its work creating and supporting life-changing mentoring relationships for local children and youth.
Participants are encouraged to bring their best puzzle strategy, fastest puzzlers, and competitive spirit, for an evening of teamwork and fun in support of local youth.
