RE: "Musician, former dairy farmer Donald Craig dies at the age of 86"
Donna Craig-Gander and I were close friends in our secondary school years, and I have fond memories of my times spent at their home on Concession 9.
I always felt welcome there; the family is so warm and loving. I haven't seen any of the Craigs for quite a while now, but I used to bump into Mr. and Mrs. Craig at the Saturday evening Scottish Pipe Band parades now and again.
I often wondered if Donald got the side of his milkhouse fixed. I backed into it, leaving a dent, when my Dad was teaching me to drive. It was my first attempt at 'reverse'. Oh dear!
Blessings to the Craig family,
