Cat rescued from top of hydro pole in Huron-Kinloss Township
You've heard of a bird on a wire, how about a cat on a hydro pole?

Well, that's what happened last week. But thanks to a group of concerned citizens, the cat is back on solid ground.

Apparently, the feline made its way to the top of a hydro pole along the 12th Concession of Huron-Kinloss, just east of Highway 21, and by Thursday, people were contacting the township and Hydro One to see if someone could rescue the cat before inclement weather set in on the weekend.

A Hydro One worker was dispatched and the cat was safely returned to the ground.
