RE: Kincardine residents argue on both sides of the Great Gate Debate
No, the gate should not be open to the public, but it should be open to give access to vehicles that are providing necessary supplies to places such as Tiverton Park Manor.
The operators of that facility need to know that they will not run out of food, heat and drugs. What if a resident needs to go to hospital immediately? Would an ambulance be denied permission to use this road?
