Kincardine Tim Hortons restaurants raise more than $6,000 on Camp Day
Through coffee sales and generous donations from customers, the Tim Hortons restaurants in downtown Kincardine and just off Highway 21, raised more than $6,000 on Camp Day, Wednesday.
The money goes to help low-income children attend Tim Hortons camps across the country. There, the youth can build essential life skills, change their lives in a positive way, and make their futures bright.
Joining owners John and Matthea Hogenboom and their staff at Tim Hortons in Kincardine, were various business people, police officers, politicians, and other community members, volunteering their time to help out the cause.
