St. Anthony's Grade 8 grads urged to embrace change, challenges and opportunities

The Grade 8 graduating class at St. Anthony's School should embrace change, challenges and opportunities.

That's the word from valedictorians Emma Woodhall and Anthony Travale who spoke at the graduation ceremony, Tuesday night at the school.

Emma said the graduates have been described by their teachers, as leaders and good ambassadors of the school, and have a lot to offer their high school communities.

"We have had some great times here and we will miss all of you" she said.

"We certainly have made some great memories over our 10 years here," agreed Anthony. "But now, our time here is at an end, and we must move on. Keep the friends you've made here, and make new ones.

"The world is full of change and challenges, and new opportunities. Pursue your dreams but don't forget where you came from and all those who helped you along the way. We wish you all the best, and we will miss you all."
