Reader questions whether nuclear or green energy shut down coal-fired plants

To the Editor:
RE: "Bruce Power's Unit 7 to set new long-run record; and remembering black-out of 2003"

The Ontario Liberal party claims that the Green Energy Act, windmills and solar panels shut down the coal-fired plants.

I wonder who's right?
