Pat Capeling of Kincardine to receive provincial hospital auxiliary life membership

Pat Capeling (above, centre, with Bessie Farrell, left, and Ginny Ross) of Kincardine, will be receiving a provincial life membership with the Hospital Auxiliaries Association of Ontario (HAAO).

The announcement was made at the Sept. 21 meeting of the South Bruce Grey Health Centre - Kincardine hospital auxiliary.

Capeling (right) is being recognized for her work over the years with the hospital auxiliary. She had attained her five-year certificate in 1998, a Certificate of Appreciation in 1999, her 10-year certificate in 2003, and a Kincardine Auxiliary Life Membership in 2010.

During that time, she has been the Kincardine auxiliary's photographer, and on the public relations, social and sunshine committees, as well as helping with the hospital tray favours, auxiliary bake table and much more volunteering behind the scenes.

Unfortunately, Capeling is unable to attend the HAAO Fall Convention so she will be presented with her provincial life membership and pin at the HAAO Central Region Conference, hosted by the Kincardine auxiliary, May 10, 2017, in Kincardine.

Congratulations to Pat Capeling!
