Crowd rushes in to snap up treats at Cookie Walk in Tiverton
A great crowd rushed into the basement of Knox Presbyterian Church, Tiverton, Saturday morning, to fill containers full of cookies, squares and treats, at the annual Cookie Walk.

Volunteers were refilling trays as fast as they were being cleared, while people selected from a tremendous variety of home-baked goodies. Also available, were tarts, Christmas cake and pudding, and the cutest little chocolate critters in the shape of mice and reindeer, as well as handmade Christmas cards.

The event is a popular annual fund-raiser for the church.
