South Bruce OPP report stolen ATV; and alcohol charge

POLICE LOOKING FOR STOLEN ATV

(GREENOCK TWP, ON) – Jan. 22, at 10:02 a.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a theft at a property along Concession 6 in Greenock Township. 

Sometime between 9 p.m. Jan. 15 and 10 a.m. Jan. 22, an outbuilding on the property was entered. The list of missing property includes a green Honda 400 All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) with Licence No. 672LW, an orange Stihl chainsaw model 361MS, and a brown Stihl chainsaw model 260.  The value of the stolen property is estimated to be more than $3,000.

THREE-DAY LICENCE SUSPENSION SERVED AT RIDE

(KINCARDINE, ON) – Jan. 21, at 9:48 p.m., members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting a RIDE check on Huron Terrace in Kincardine when a silver Toyota Echo was stopped. 

Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. A three-day licence suspension was served following a warn range result at the road side.
