Visitors in the last while with Largaret McInnes at Pinecrest Manor, were Nancy and Brian King of Chatham, Diane Gottschalk and Karen, Linda and Allison McInnes from the ‘Big Smoke.’
 
Danica Farrell of Holstein visited with her grandparents, Jim and Fran, Thursday, and enjoyed a cart ride behind the team before heading home for supper.
 
Jenn and Jer Nahwegahbow hosted a party to celebrate the eighth birthday of their son, Elijah, Sunday. The family of Joyce and John Farrell enjoyed the trip down to Elmira to help Elijah celebrate.
 
The Ripley Agricultural Society held its annual meeting, Friday evening at the Legion, with a potluck supper. Fran Farrell gave a presentation of their trip to Australia and the highlights and farming practices. Joyce Osborne was Elections Officer and installed the new executive for the coming year. The theme this year is “Country Pride, County Wide.” The advance homecraft prize list is out so folks can start thinking about their exhibits for the fair!
 
Meighan and Ross Hunter of London are pleased to have a new girl at their house – Everleigh is her name. The Cliffords have another grandchild to spoil.
 
Mary Anne Kukoly and Janet Nixon  had a fun visit with Ruth McCosh in Goderich last week. Hard to believe that Ruth will be 92 this month! Mary Anne also visited with Betty Ann and Harold Elphick, Monday.
 
A reminder of the Women's Institute meeting Wednesday, Feb. 1, at the home of Diane Clifford. Wear red or pay a fine!
