Paul Rosebush remains head of South Bruce Grey Health Centre to spring of 2021

Paul Rosebush, president and chief executive officer of the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, will continue to lead that organization through to the spring of 2021.

The health centre's board of directors made the announcement Wednesday (Feb. 15).

“With Paul (Rosebush)’s background and experience, he has been able to work effectively with the board and his team to achieve outstanding results for our organization,” said board chairman Larry Allison. “Through his determination, the health centre's funding formula was corrected, and he has worked diligently to move forward issues important to the sustainability of small hospitals, through the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care."

Allison added that Rosebush has the skill set that is needed to lead the organization to reach new quality goals, implement the new strategic plan and assist the organization to adapt to challenging provincial and regional health care restructuring initiatives.

"The board was unanimous in expressing confidence in Paul (Rosebush) and his accomplishments on our behalf thus far,” said Allison. "Solidifying the senior leadership of the organization ensures that the health centre remains in a strong position to meet the challenges of delivering high-quality health care in a dynamic environment."

The South Bruce Grey Health Centre includes hospitals in Kincardine, Walkerton, Chesley and Durham.
