Power tools stolen from community centre on Saugeen First Nation

(SAUGEEN FIRST NATION, ON) -The Bruce Peninsula OPP has received the report of a break and enter that occurred sometime between March 8 at 2 p.m., and March 15 at 11:01 a.m.

A large storage shed was broken into and approximately $2,000 in equipment was stolen from the James Mason Memorial Community Centre located on French Bay Road on Saugeen First Nation.
 
A list of items that were stolen includes (see photos in gallery below):
 

• 1 blue Benchmark Table Saw
• 1 red Troy-Bilt push mower
• 1 grey and orange Stihl grass trimmer whipper snipper
• 1 grey and orange Stihl leaf blower
• 1 black Solar large battery charger
• 1 large upright Air Compressor with a blue and yellow airline
• 1 set of black and red booster cables

Police believe the items would have been transported by a large vehicle with cargo capabilities or by using a trailer.

The Bruce Peninsula OPP is requesting anyone who may have information regarding this break and enter or observed any suspicious people or vehicles roaming on the property of the James Mason Memorial Community Centre, to call the Bruce Peninsula OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
