Human remains found in Goderich are from 1800s, say OPP

(GODERICH, ON) - The Huron County OPP, with assistance from the Office of the Chief Coroner and a Forensic Anthropologist, has completed its investigation into the discovery of human remains found Tuesday, March 21, on St. George's Crescent in Goderich.
 
The investigation has revealed that the remains are historical in nature, possibly from the 1800s.  
 
The Huron County OPP Crime Unit released the investigation scene Wednesday around 5 p.m. This now concludes the OPP's involvement in this investigation.
