Kincardine hospital auxiliary holds successful spring lunch and card party

The South Bruce Grey Health Centre - Kincardine hospital auxiliary held another successful spring lunch and card party, Tuesday, April 11, at the Inverlyn Lake Estates clubhouse. The event helps raise funds to purchase equipment for the Kincardine hospital.

There were 25 tables of ladies and gentlemen enjoying the afternoon.

Thanks to the hard work of auxiliary members, there was no shortage of delicious sandwiches and squares for the lunch which began at noon, followed by ample time to play the various card games.

One member of the auxiliary, Anne Nicolson, donated some jars of homemade apple jelly for the draws, along with a basket from the newly-relocated hospital gift shop which was won by Bessie Farrell.

Many thanks to the auxiliary members, husbands and friends, for helping to make this event such a great success.
